so you would need to sort out the problems with your daughters registration, ie thar she is your responsibility for the near future and you will be happy to support her until she is old enough, as for the houses and land you have to go to see a lawyer

your daughter is the best way forward for you to stay in Thailand as she is 13 years old and will need a guardian to support her ie school and her care until she is old enough to be independent, you will need to go to see a lawyer to help you with the process and the immigration

Unfortunately I believe that you cannot own any of the homes or land for more than a year before you have to sale them, the best way forward is to get the wife to put the house and land in your daughters name or you may be able to do it yourself as your wife is unable to help go see a lawyer to find out more

go to immigration and you will be fined 2000 thb, take your passport and tm30 to immigration to sort it out,

You can also have a look at the website to see if you can do the 90 day report if not then you have to pay the 2000thb and then sort it out ASAP
