Paul Lunney I have had the same problems with my now X Wife she remortgaged one and the one on the family land that I paid for she now lives in the best thing I did was to divorce her, and moved to Bangkok

Paul Lunney been there as well mate if you have built a house on the family land you are going to have a problem

The job side of things I cannot help you with as for the condo I would recommend that you rent to start with and make sure that your landlord knows that he will have to do the paperwork for you for immigration purposes or you will have a big problem with the immigration department

As Stuart Cumming has said speaking to the hospital is the only way to go to sort out the problem

You need to get in touch with VFS in Bangkok to find out

As for you travelling about with out your passport within Thailand you will have problems getting the hotels

for the first year it has to be 0thb, you will also need to show that you have been putting in the bank every month for the year before you can use the 0 tthb once the immigration is happy they should give you the go ahead to take the 0thb out, but don't you take it out until they have told you that it is OK

in order for her to do the thb per month, she must have the 0thb in a thai bank account for the first year, and that will be upto the immigration office that she goes to if they will accept it. She will also need to provide evidence that she's putting the money in the bank account every month for the year and still have the 0thb in the bank account before she can take out the 0thb
