AGAIN: many people do not hear the tones. I am a PRIME example for that.

You can say Ma Ma Ma Ma Maa and I can not distinguish which Ma is dog, which is horse, which is s-h-i-t and so on. I can only hear: oh, they are different. Correct tones are difficult for people who come from non tonal languages. Get over it.

Which it is. Plain obvious. Does not matter who owns the company. If he moves enough funds to his private account: it is income, and taxed next year.

Simplest way: he takes a loan from his company. Move that loan on a private account. And move it back when he has the visa, paying off the loan.

You have try just more banks. You can open a bank account on any visa, and visa exempt.
