Also, I saw online there is a Thai consulate in Portland. But people on the west coast don't get visas there?

cool. I'll get an itinerary out of the US. I;m assuming I can change this after getting the visa, and say fly out of Vancouver Canada versus Los Angeles (where I am from) ??

so if we arrive and get 30 days on arrival, and we overstay say 58 days for the kids while we renew -

-- no fine

-- overstay sticker that will not effect their next stay? (I just renewed my daughter's passport, who is 4)

We love Thailand. My wife taught preschool for 8 years there. Always want to go back/ potentially live there in the future 🙂

Great, my wife is Canadian and all our passports are from the US. This is good news Brandon. Thank you. How certain of this are you?

It was my experience that our kids born in Thailand had no problems leaving the country and never had any visa other than the arrival visas, I just want make sure 100% that this is still the case 🙂 Especially as the third kid was born in Costa Rica ...

No "overstay" stickers then?
