I sent my girl personally to the airport in bangkok to fix this.. the next available flight is on 26 of the next month. i wont be waiting here for more than one month so i will check which border can i use to go back bkk if i get the visa.

Air asia sent me to a link with automatic response that cannot resolve the probrems 😭.. and the call center send me back to the web page.
