I guess that you can do it by yourself, and save a lot of money that way. And every Immigration Office will be helpful to you. Or get a Lawyer to do it, still cheaper than a Visa Shop.

Amazing story that you are coming with. I have personally come there for the last 10 years, and never had any trouble, and it is always nice to come there, and the visa and extensins are always made quickly. So what you have heard, is maybe some not so nice friends , who have problems in every single Immigration. If you follow the rules, there are NO PROBLEMS, but not following the Thai rules, can give big problems. Not only in Jomtien Immigration, but all over Thailand.

And you not understand what i say to you. When Immigration is closed for Weekend or Holidays, you have to report the next weekday. This is in ordinary English, so you should understand. You think that Thai Immigration are putting it up in print, just to get overstays out of foreigners.. That is what you are suggesting here. You don't believe a word of what Immigration put in writing. And you will not NOT get an overstay for coming on Monday. NOT. And now, complain about your findings to Thai Immigration, and find out what they will cll you. Not here anymore. Tired of you now. But wait a few hours, then my neighbour come home from Immigration where he works. Thai Officer at Immigration. Who i got my information from. So complain to Immigration wherever you are in Thailand. Not here.

You think, that Thai Immigration Office have their rule saying, If the office is closed because of weekend or Holidays, you have to come the following weekday. You think that is for fun they have that rule, and it is printed en every Immigration Office.

NOT true. I have been making visa for all my friends for the last 10 years. So you not think that i know it. And who did you ask. My friends come on monday, if it finish on saturday or sunday, and not one of them have got an overstay. Good friday.
