 yes ! to the best of my knowledge. many peeps get them late and then do the same, use 2nd time entering, within 90.

Sure. But, I think the visa is only good for 90 days once approved/issued. Been a long time since my evisa. (2 years)

Many Pro's & Cons. I liked it for 8 months. Far enough away from the noise/wildlife and close enough to enjoy it, on occasion. The final straw were the # of drunk Europeans, many in only Speedo's.
