If you’re approved Thailand Pass then you get to use whatever date it is approved for, you may however have to take a 2nd Covid test on day 7

With the way things are going here I would not come until all restrictions are lifted, the restrictions change not just daily but also hourly. WAIT

If I were you I’d wait at least until October, Phuket is not the place to vacation as there is no transportation out, by air, sea or land only by cab, which costs a fortune, check Thai websites for updates, which changes almost daily

Hope you get your visa stamped by immigration before you leave, otherwise they’ll get you for overstaying and will get a fine and will not allow you entry to Thailand, also you’ll be unable to return for 1 year. Happened to me 2 years ago
