I didn’t get mine stamped on Dec 10th last year.

It caused a bit of a hiccup as I had to go to immigration in Khon Kaen over the condo we rented, they thought I had overstayed from July as I didn’t have an exit stamp (digital passport readers that don’t stamp your passport when you leave) but I showed them flight details and explained that my exit was through the scan your passport system.

They kindly stamped my passport as arriving on the 11Dec

Lesson learned I don’t use the automatic passport checks I go to the boths to the left and get passport stamped

I thought the rules had changed recently and land crossings no longer counted

I thought that all border crossings to prove exit had been stopped unless they are by air
