local people here pattaya can live 800baht room monthly. So I think 7k is quite good living. Sure weekend millionaires say otherwise🤡

Don't know huahin but here pattaya you get small condo room 5 minutes ride from action or house 15minutes that budget. Water and electricity added ofcourse.

house, car and motorcycle is something even poor Thais can have. If he can buy car it's very good for him🙏

Yes but we're not sexpats spending daily 10k to buy sex from hookers🤡

We have a janitor, a cleaner and a cook working

Here pattaya 2 bed 2 restroom house rent/mortgage starts +7000baht

Food for 2 +5000

.

.

We living here under 40.000baht per month.

But we can spend easily 200.000-300.000 monthly if not budgeting and save money for future🙏
