 merely repeating a factually incorrect statement doesn’t make it true. Try reading Thai tax law, in particular section 40, 41 and 56 of the Revenue Code.

You will find it impossible to get a bank to issue you a Tax Identification Number as they are issued by your local Revenue Office.
