For more info if your submission date is not in advance with 15 days, you need to submit at immigration (but not sure there will be any update for the regulation or not)

For report on online, its need to submit with 15 days in advance from due date, and

you can late report submit after 7 days from due(in case of over due report penalty per day of 500 maximum of 2000)
