if your partner has already had 2 Uk visas you should already have the information you need, it would therefore just be a simple matter of filling in the online application form and updating the previous information you submitted for the previous applications

the Uk visit visas has an expiry date of one year from being issued. You can enter the country as many times as you like but can only stay a maximum of 6 months in any one visit.

The visit visa can also be issued for 2,5,10 years. You have the option to choose. But the same process as the 1 year visa you can only stay a maximum of 6 months each time you enter the Uk

If she came to the UK at the start of her 1 year visit visa, I presume August she still has 6 months remaining on that visa so she can technically fly to another country and then re enter the Uk for another months. If her 1 year visit visa ends in 3 weeks she must return and reapply

She will get a one year visa with a maximum stay of 180 days for any single trip.

It’s very simple and straightforward. I’ve done this 5 times now for my GF. just complete the form online. Then gather all your information to back up your relationship ie video/phone calls and photos of you both.

Proof of reason to return i.e rental agreement/home ownership and details of any dependants. She doesn’t need to have work as you will be sponsoring her in the UK

why do you guess she’s not Thai? As it’s obvious from her COE status update she is Thai!
