 yes, from when I applied. And the date of request is shown on the bank statement. Hope that helps.

 the first bank statement was about 8 days old. So they asked for an update.

I had a similar experience. And they asked for a bank statement update. Hours later I got approved.

I was set from pending approval back to pending document check. Then they requested an update of my financal evidence. Hours later I got approved.
