I've bought so many plane tickets now I've kinda learned a pattern. I use Expedia for all my purchases. There is typically a "busy traffic " time for purchasing tickets and if you see that the ticket says one price and then go to purchase and suddenly jumps up hundreds then you've hit that time. Definitely a bad time to purchase. Also people tend to cancel so often and I guarantee if you keep checking more tickets will pop up eventually.

Ticket prices are based on a couple of factors from time of day to dates. It's also like playing the lottery and you need to keep checking constantly.

You need to get the multiple entry BEFORE going to Thailand. Typically it's only offered online and you need to apply before you are going. When I do them I apply a month before and usually get it within a day

You would need to contact your embassy. Look for multiple entry tourist visa if they offer it. This would give you multiple entries within 6 months (60 days each time)

You need a tourist visa for 60 days and then get an extention for 30 days when you arrive. (However this depends on where you live)

It's really hard to pick a business in Thailand because there's already a million of everything from bars to massage shops. Its all over kill and after covid business is just not the same. I think the key however would be to finding a good location and hope you get lucky getting customers

They are asking if they need a return ticket for the visa....once again the answer is contact the embassy where they live. And for the record I've never been asked by the airline. I've been traveling to Thailand back and forth for two years and the process for the visa can vary depending on where you live.

when you do the e-visa application online for usa it will ask for documentation of your flights both arrival and departure. But the good thing about the metv is you only have to do it once and can use it for 6 months.
