If you mean a visa for visiting Cambodia, then you can apply for an e-Visa. Takes about 3 days for approval. Super simple process. $35 USD + $7 processing charge. This is the official government site:

visa exempt entry means you don’t need a visa to get in. Visa on arrival means if you come from a country where you have to have a visa to get into Thailand, you can buy the visa upon landing.
