you don't need a debit card my bank account offers cardless cash you just use your telephone number which is connected to your Thai bank and get a code it's very easy this is what I will be doing next time
I think a lot of the sites are out of date because this only came in in July of course they could change it anytime but it's currently much cheaper than the education Visa
