not sure what this means exactly, a BOI company is able to apply for a 2 year work permit for employees without the need for 4 Thai nationals per foreigner...that's part of the reason companies get BOI status. Do you not understand this or are you a troll?

BOI doesn't require 4 employees per foreigner, it's a case by case basis I believe.
