Hi. I need help with this. Asking for my husband.

1. If we would like to apply for a Non-O Thai wife there, does the wife has to go there too?

2. Does the husband need to have some days left before the old visa expired before applying for the new one?

Thank you 🙏

You can do a visa extension in case of visiting a spouse. No financial prove needed. You will get 2 more months.

Thank you. I am thinking about samui also. Do you know a hotel that could give us a TM30 by any chance?

Thank you for your advice. May I ask for more info;

1. How many days should we stay in that province before the application?

2.This is the first time that we are applying for this visa type. Do you think that it could work out for us?

3. Now, we have a "visiting thai wife" for 2 months. Is it possible to apply for the Non-O soon or need to wait until before it expires?
