Hello, I’m Thai and I pay income tax in Canada. I took out a loan with GHB (Government Housing Bank), but you need to apply through an agency (Sungateway). There’s a percentage based service fee you’ll have to pay.

Please contact the bank’s agent, they’ll guide you through the process. As far as I remember, you’ll need to provide your salary statements, a letter from your employer, and proof that you pay taxes. The loan amount depends on your income. Good luck!
