Yes there are no restrictions where you can apply at Thai embassies

Many people have had the same experience at Vietiane and were successful at Savanakhet 👍

No appointment required it’s 1st come 1st served

That’s why I went the night before and stayed at the Aura hotel 450 Baht a night

The 1st bus from Mukdahan arrived at around 08:30am and it’s always full

Yes they do not require the presence of your wife

As long as you have her signature in blue on the relevant copies your through to the 1 year visa

Btw blue ink on copies shows it’s a genuine signature not a photo copy 🤔
