It depends on how you want to live, where you live and what car you drive etc. Yes you can easily live on it and. Support a family most of my staff earn less than that and all do and own cars. If however you drive a new car and shop in villa market and live in house with a pool in Bangkok and eat delivery foods everyday with star bucks etc etc you won’t stand a chance it will be gone in a week.

Racism is rife and alive and well in Thailand what is he talking about ? From double priced attractions and police officers who see you as a chance to make a baht, let alone the property ownership rights and the list goes on, either accept it and use the opportunity of the country or leave I don’t see it changing soon.

If it’s speed then wise otherwise a broker is better if you can wait you will save some.

They don’t give a good rate in my experience they are a poor rate compared to a broker it worth waiting and using a broker for me

It’s unlikely to change until people put community before themselves or at least have law they respect at the moment the mindset is to take as much space as possible regardless if they own it or not hence so many land disputes in the kingdom.

Animal husbandry is a protected occupation for some reason along with some others so it’s a no in that term but couldn’t you just stay as retirement or family visa ?
