I tend to use forward contracts which are useful if you have a regular currency payment to be made and when the market is above the forward use spot.

Thailand is good for medical and dentistry and the prices are much lower. You took a risk and it paid off 😂 great news. Bangkok hospital is best in my opinion.

In Thailand cash is still primarily used for transactions. I rarely use anything but cash for day to day life
