What are the chances of obtaining a METV visa in London when unemployed but with proof of funds?

I think that last year I only showed them:

- my company registration certificate,

- my account statement

- condo rental contract in Thailand.

- plane ticket (not sure about that one)

Going there on Tuesday again (this Monday is holiday in TH).
