Yeah I paid some guy in an office in udon 3000 and he sorted it all out and even took me across in his car to my hotel (only in Vientiane) and offered to pick me up to bring me back, I forget the name of it, hoping someone else might have used it and can say what the place is called.
I use First direct (part of HSBC) when I go abroad (coming from UK) , they have no fees and they use the MasterCard, saves carrying British cash around and have the risk of them not accepting it.
MasterCard's current rate is 43.60 - TT is currently 44.2 so there is some difference but I prefer not carrying cash around.
So, could I buy a flight to Thailand , then buy a flight out of Thailand in 89 days time, but go to immigration before the 60 days is up and extend it by 30?
Also on extending, when should you do it? Can you do it on day one ?
(laughing at the end bit). Yeah, one thing I have found though is quite a few Asian girls think the UK is this utopia etc but I have been explaining no, it's really not 🤣🤣. Much better for us to move there rather than them move here. Much better quality life
The UK government is a joke. We try pay for a girl to come here , get rejected but all those boats just come in and get whatever.
I did an application for someone and they rejected it because she "had some money not declared from her salary". Absolute joke. So what, we all have money from places that isn't our salary.
So told her not to bother, their loss on the money we would have spent all over. I'm leaving here soon anyway, told her it's an awful country now.
