I found that everything works a lot better if my VPN is off and cookies are allowed. I also allow pop-ups. After adjusting theses things, reboot your computer and try. I have also been told that some browser/search engines do not work, so you may need to change. I use Safari/DuckDuckGo and they work fine.

I was told it’s best to arrive on a tourist visa and then right away open a bank account and do the other needful things, then apply for the updated visa once in compliance.
