No big deal but it's not good to have overstay stamp of any description but can be lucky and no overstay recorded but no guarantee its thailand possible 500baht fine per day overstay at best at worst possible extended free holiday at the pleasure of thai government in the Bangkok Hilton Chokh di 🤣🤣🤣
If you are doing extension chonburi jomtien immigration you will need a completed hard copy paper tm30 from your accommodation provider and you can only do extension there in your last 7 days of your original stay if you try and do extension there early let's say 2 weeks left on your original visa or visa exempt they will tell you to go away Chokh di
I have always book and purchase an onward or return ticket for 60 days and enter visa exempt 30 days and never been questioned by airline or immigration in 30 years of visiting Thailand or anywhere in sth East Asia never had an issue getting extension of stay not saying being questioned can't happen but never happened to me as yet touch wood
Ok I have question for you what country is your passport because its the airline issue you will have if your native country is not thailand and your passport is not thailand than you have problem does not matter where you live it's where passport is registered is what matters Chokh di I think you will need it
i see a few other comments actually there is no 9 day exit stamp or leave stamp you are delusional 555 ok go immigration and ask for 9 day exit stamp you will be made look like a total fool they will laugh at you one thing I have learnt in life is you can't teach stupid
Everything is upto the IO infront of on the day there has never been guaranteed entry it's thailand remember just fly into BKK and domestic to Phuket simple
