In fact get all the apps while home as many requite a two step authorization and wont take a foreign number

make aure that your model of phone can take an esim ( older phones can’t ) and make sure your carrier has unlocked your phone or neither physical. Or an eSim will work

We just use google translate download the thai language ( we also have Vietnamese downloaded ) so it’s faster and doesn’t need to be online

Lead acid cells allways have vents - not sealed if tipped over or upside down and in negative pressure , like in the luggage hold

Lithium ion batteries can explode and are forbidden in luggage, even phone battery banks must be stowed in your carry on luggage
