as others have said money in bank 50k to cover cost of flight home, sufficient ties, House, Business, sponsorship letter, flights and insurance

Can I still fly to Thailand for 32 days despite the visa rule changes?

Just get a 60 day e visa before you fly, if not you will need to get an extension to your visa exempt entry stamp can use an agent or stand in a queue all day. Wouldn’t do nothing and pay the over stay fine can cause problems in the future. Airline will be fine as you have a return flight booked in my experience
