I mean , you felt free to satire me , doubting my credibility about sources , throwing in a word like "teach" . Im friendly all the time , I just give my opinion without attacking anyone personally. So I don't understand why you feel the need to give me YOUR off topic opinion , instead of just moving on if you are not interested. So me talking about your food is pretty much the same off-topic than you wanna "teach" me what I can talk 😉

it's not about teaching or telling anyone what to do... But I'm surely allowed to give my 2 cents.

it's an open discussion and you are in no obligation to tell me what I want to talk. I also don't tell you how to eat or?

and also your modular home. As soon you put it on someone's land it technically is theirs. And if they really want to f you over they can make sure that you can't take it off their property. But again , do and believe whatever you want . 😊

wrong , it belongs to the owner of the land . You just are using it for the time of lease. Please inform yourself. Nothing will be in your name. And there have been plenty of cases , where leases will be canceled after someone built.

You legally occupy the land for the term of lease... But you don't own it , you are not entitled to it.

okay , fundamentally wrong understanding of leasing and owning. You lease, that's why it's called leasing and not owning. There is a reason it is 2 different words.
