I don't really understand how this wouldn't be possible. If you get money through any platform it is declared as income, either as an employee or through a separate entity (your own company, someone elses company, sole proprietorship). At the end of the day there is virtually no difference between having Youtube pay you or another customer pay you. All you need are the same documents everyone else needs

When you say use your sole proprietorship info you mean register as 'business owner', not as freelancer?
Got the cover letter already explaining my situation, as well as a portfolio, 6 months bank statement, confirmation of being self-independent since 6 years by my government and 2023 tax return. I could give them a contract with a customer as well but I'm not sure at what point it's overkill
