 yeah i don’t even have that and I thought i had everything. I have some 3 page declaration form I filled out but it doesn’t look like that with thai and english on one page.

 everyone that’s gone through that airport lately says there are barely any shops even open. And I don’t belong to any members club with ANA.

 so a digital copy emailed would do? And in BKK at immigration? I don’t see much of an opportunity to produce a hardcopy before I get there.

 yes the arrival in BKK will be via the same flight just different day. The flight i will inevitably miss is the one before the flight into BKK
