you need to show T-30 document, then a rental contract (related with the T-30) then receive for 3 months of that rental contract. Then you seriously have to apply for the extension in you local immigration office related with your T-30. Means you need to stay 3 months in one place before apply for extension.

try to go soon to your local immigration office in case they require another thing or at list you have time to buy a cheap ticket to leave the country for fly out

More information, numeral 7: the immigration office was strict about it. You can not apply in another immigration office different as the one you are living on (at list for the last three months). they check your T-30 and they ask for numeral 7 documents. Do not try to apply for DTV extension outside of the are where you live.
