You can do the online report up to 15 days early until the due date. If it's your first 90 days report, you can't do it online.

How much is "so much money"?? This might be a longshot,but have you tried in a mall where they usually have almost every Thai bank? It has for some reason worked out for a lot of people on tourist visas. If it works today? To be honest,no idea.

The bank letter shows that the account is in your name and the balance. The balance must match the balance in your updated bank book the same day.
