Bank to bank swift transfers are possible via for example Bangkok Banks mobile banking. But I guess there's a transfer limit and the bank wants you to go the branch.

Why doing it so complicated? If you really need to repatriate for example 800k baht from Bangkok Bank, you can simply go to your branch and get it done.

Moving large amounts out of Thailand can sometimes be a bit tricky even if it's officially accepted.

I'm not 100% sure but doing it via Wise might not work. You can do swift bank to bank transfers via Bangkok Banks mobile app. I'm not sure if there's a transfer limit.

Central Pattaya 4th floor where thai people can obtain passports. They also do legalizations for foreigners. There's a link below.

I've been around in Thailand since 1989,and in Pattaya/Jomtien since 1994. I've been living in 3 provinces. I think there's not much I don't know about anything in Thailand. Get it? Transferring stamps to a new passport should not cost 500 baht anywhere in Thailand.
