Fyi, there's no "policy shift" whatsoever at Bangkok Bank. They're dealing with what they call "fraudulent/illegal activities" that occurred earlier this year. That's the main reason for recent problems when trying to open bank accounts.

Why do you open a new post and ask the same question again? I told you earlier about using an agency and then it will be in and out in no time the same day. They will take care of everything. Doing it by yourself might be a gamble if you need to return the same day without any problems.
