Thanks for your reply Greg I appreciate there are no guarantees and it's at the discretion of the IO but you've certainly put my mind at ease

Hi Greg very interesting read. I have a dilemma myself and wondered what your thoughts are.i arrived 21st March 2025 for 60 days visa exemption then again August 17th same process.im now due to fly November 25th which I booked in October. Obviously once the current statement was released it was then too late to apply for a tourist visa. I alwayshad a tourist visa before visa exempt was increased to 60 days.ive never ever extended or overstayed in 10 years and now retired and now wondering if I'll have a problem at immigration

I have a similar dilemma I came in March visa exemption 60 days and again in August same procedure for 43 days In October I booked a return flight for November 25th Unfortunately these new updates were announced on November 13th so too late to apply for a tourist visa I'm wondering also if I'll be admitted Incidentally before the visa exemption was increased to 60 days I always had a tourist visa I'm now retired have never extended or overstayed

You always talk sense Todd I have a similar dilemma I came in March for 60 days and again in August for 43 days both visa exempt from the UK I booked a return flight for 25th November before these new rules were announced Prior to the visa exemption increase last year I always had a tourist visa never extended never overstayed I would have got a tourist visa this time if I'd known but obviously too late now I'm stressing a little as to whether I'll be admitted I'd appreciate your thoughts mate
