Why should expats consider Cambodia over Thailand for retirement visas?

Well if a lot of people read that I'm sure there's going to be a lot of people changing from Thailand to Cambodia and they'll end up losing lots of the everyday tourist not the rich people they want there to invest

thank you that's good to know. Because I'm playing on living there and doing border runs if I have to I know there was a 60-day rule and then 30 day extension that's what I'm planning on doing. I have a friend from Canada has been living there for 25 years doing that
