property details will be listed on the FET.. must go to the bank with the purchase agreement. The bank will make the FET and cashier cheque according the amount mentioned on purchase agreement.

Your bank abroad must mention the purpose of the transfer.

Your bank in thailand will the FET or similar.. with the amount of the purchase, origin of the funds with the exchange rate.

Si vous restez 60 jours, vous pourrez eventuellement faire une demande de tourist visa au Laos..

Mais renseignez vous bien avant..

L ED visa c est bien.. mais c est un peu un piege.. l immigration pourrait penser que vous travaillez "illegalement" et que vous n etes pas un touriste au vue de votre temps passe en Thailande ces 2 dernieres annees

vous n avez pas a contacter le consulat.. vous prenez un billet aller/retour avec une date de sortie du Royaume au plus tard 30 jours apres votre arrivee (qq soit la destination ou un billet flexible) ..

Vous beneficiez de l exemption de 30 jours a l arrivee.

Pour le renouvelement de 30 jours, vous allez au bureau d immigration de votre lieu de residence qq jours avant l expiration, et vous obtenez 30 j supplementaire moyennant 1900 bht.

Vous modifier votre billet retour avec une sortie du Royaume au plus tard le 30eme jour

Si votre ED Visa est arrive a termes et que vous avez quitte la Thailande en regle.. vous pouvez revenir et beneficier d une exemption 30 days renouvelable 1 fois
