TLDR : Answer Summary
The user asks if they will receive another 30-day stay in Thailand by crossing to Laos and then re-entering by air. Community comments clarify that visa exemption allows for a new 30-day stamp with each entry, particularly when flying in. However, there are limits on land border entries. Suggestions for extending stay include going to an immigration office for a paid extension or applying for a 60-day tourist visa instead.

Ensure your accumulative days in Thailand in a taxation year no more than 180 days unless you like to pay overseas income or/and property taxes to Thai government as tax resident.

Next time you want to stay more than 30 days, get a 60 day tourist visa, which also can get extended 30 days at Immigration.

Then you dont need to leave Thailand for 90 days.

I've flown in 4 times this year and extended every time at immigration, in airport this time he told me 1 more extension and finish lol I may have miss understood so I'd rather leave and come back

get the 30 day extension, if you want more time after than, use a border run company. You can get 2 visa exempt entries by land per year. Get an extension on each of those and you've got an extra 120 days. You could do the same next year. But after that you've gonna need a proper long term visa if you want to stay here

If you only want 30 days more take the extension and don't risk another entry as it looks like you've been overdoing it and risk being denied. If you want to leave/re-enter your best bet is find a reputable agent to get you a land border entry with your history.

Yep, visa exempt is a new 30 day stamp for every entry. No limit on flying in, limit of 2 visa exempt entries on land borders per calendar year.

You can renew your extention on stay for 30 days - cost 1900 bht

Go to the immigration office nearby your place.

Then if you want to stay 30 days more,

You can do a visa run in Cambodia, stay few day and back by land.

No need to flight
