Simple way is buy a cheap clamp test meter.

Check out the amperage draw.

Turn off things and turn on.

Put the clamp on the meter cable and see what amps are being used.

My ac had a dodgy compressor.

Was chewing 2200 a month.

Owner replaced it.

Bill is less than 1000 now.

And super cool..

If it reads current draw with everything off then someone else is tickling the supply.

488 down to 270 with a new air conditioner.

. I know it usually draws comments the agent or immigration direct method. But there's a lot of people who do it. I go through Buriram. Which goes through Kohn kaen. All official stamps. Receipts. Jomtien immigration and Hua hin does it also. Plus others. I'm not married to my partner. So it would be 65k transfer monthly, or 800,000 maintained balance in a thai account . Horses for courses as they say...

Use an agent or direct payment to immigration. They complete the 800k requirements. Immigration issues the 1 year extension. (So im told lol)

If you are going to chat to an agent or immigration, there's also the 17,000 path and keep your money in a decent bank account with interest.

Many do it.

(Just an option)

I used express registered envelopes pre paid.

They prefer these in Canberra.

Pick them out and give priority (according to Australia post).
