Based on the image, the Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate is asking for the following two documents:

Bank Statement (Last 3 Months):

A latest 3-month bank statement

Must show sufficient balance to travel

Must be scanned into a single file/document

2. Employment or Business Proof:

• A recently signed letter confirming employment

OR

• Proof of a company registered in your name

These documents are required to verify your financial stability and employment/business status for the Thai e-Visa application.
