according to the news, there's border clashes between Thailand and Cambodia.

I cannot also contact to Phnom Penh Thailand embassy via email and phone.

Currently having no idea to reach out.

In my case, I went with First option. It is failed in my first attempt as per screenshot email.

For the second option, as far as i know, I can't change dtv to non B at immigration within Thailand.

In your process, is dtv cancellation process first ?

I tried to contact to Thailand embassy in Phnom penh cambodia. I can't contact via phone and email.

There's also the situation about conflict between Thailand and cambodia.

I asked to some visa agents.

There are Agents that can help non b visa apply ,but they are not sure about cancellation process.

Should I try with visa agents for the next time non b visa again?

FYI, now I'm in laos.

I'm planning to do so. But in my case -my non b visa application in laos got cancelled as in screenshot email.

I'm not sure what should be the first process.
