No, we had a flight with emirates back to the US that was cancelled. We had such a difficult time getting our money back from them, so we are waiting to purchase a flight until they become a little more reliable. I hope your June 22nd flight remains scheduled ❀️

thank you. My husband and 4 year old son are also here following me. Is it "possible" for them to switch to a non o dependant visa?

do you know what paperwork is needed? I found this on the thai embassy website in vientiane for non o dependant visa: Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months

Visa application form completely filled out

Recent (4 x 6 cm.) photograph of the applicant

Company or school's guarantee letter addressed to the Royal Embassy, Vientiane stating that the applicant is spouse or family members of those working or studying in Thailand

Copy of passport pages of those working or studying in Thailand. The passport pages should include personal data page and Thai visa page.

Copy of Thai Work Permit or Student I.D.

Copy of marriage certificate (For spouse)

Copy of birth certificate (For parents)

Yes, I know their visas will be cancelled the same day. The school I will be working at is fairly new (2 years) and they have never done paperwork for a spouse or son- only for the teachers....so I am trying to get the paperwork together for my husband and son.... and need to find out the required documents for their non-o visa. Thank you πŸ˜€
