all these rules are ridiculous to me. To take a man who is alone in his apartment to such a dirty place with so many other people... Crazy! We should be travelling to phuket in 6 days but now i am more and more convinced to stay at home. I cant imagine to experience such a nightmare with 1 year old baby.

It is not clear to me why was the man put into quarantine with 20 other people? I thought after being covid positive, one goes to hospital (alone in a room).

Can anyone help? Already got my thai pass, but I am considering cancellation of current insurance policy and use better one instead. May it affect my thai pass or cause any troubles?

Pozdravujem Vás, my sme tiež žiadali vo Viedni, mala som tri žiadosti, každú samostatne a všetky tri boli schválené obdeň. Takže cca 2-3 dni, išlo to celkom rýchlo.

I asked about this insurence at a different forum and got reply that: Etihad global COVID-19 wellness cover is not currently accepted and separate cover will need to be purchased. Cover is also available from the Thai General Insurance Association at covid19.tgia.org. I dont know any other information but does anybody have personal experience with this insurance as part of Thailand Pass - whether they really accept it or not.

I still wonder which insurence covers situation like this: my 1 year old son tests positive for covid and has to go to hospital. Of course, I will go with to accompany him, but I am not covid positive. Is there any insurance that would cover my stay in hospital?
