On Phnom Phens Embassy website it said, minimum 48 hours but they insist, Agents can have it done on the same day

I am aware of that but some of my customers insist it's possible to get express visa in Phnom Phen. But I'm sure, I saw somewhere a memo where it said, all embassies have to do 1 day in , next working day collecting.

 - the government requires to test for lymphatic filariasis or elephantiasis which is done with a blood test.

I'm not a doctor, I do not specifically ask them what tests they have to do. They do know what's required and do the tests, or at least the certificate accordingly. They ask me what I need it for and make the tests and until now, I had blood taken every time I did it in the hospital.

I need to say like this. When I used to go to the clinic here, I just paid money and got a certificate. No tests what so ever but since I go to the Best Western Hospital here on KPG they do "teh works"

I just had my WP renewed (extended) for the 13th time in Surat Thani and I was asked for Health Certificate, like I had to do every year
