 nobody knows the answer to that question until the government makes some announcement.

So then the 90 days on the visa is a window in which to enter the kingdom and begin using my 60 days. The stamp marks the actual 60 days used.

 So, the dates on the visa are a 90-day window in which to use up my 60 days in country. The visa expires on the earlier of the two dates. Got it, thank you.
