Book a ticket with qatar and pay for the more expensive one where you can get a full refund then cancel it when you arrive and get your money back. The That’s what I did
I booked a refundable ticket on Qatar airways yes it’ll be be expensive but you get 100 percent back. Just make sure it’s refundable it’s the 2nd or 3rd option and can cancel any time on the app or website very easy to use. Save your 12 dollars for a Chang 😂
