I did, that doesn’t mean I can’t see the issue in them not being able to handle such an incredibly simple task

It is so greedy that they reject on this basis, they should have a system that allows them to open the application to the applicant and change the name if they made a mistake, but they want the extra 10k. Also have a better explanation as to how people with special characters should write their names - but they don’t.

Do you have characters in your middle name that are not English and cannot be written in their input field? I do, so I have to write it the English way, which is what they also do in the little bar at the bottom of my passport - ø becomes oe
