It's alright, try going to a local barbershop somewhere in the middle east the foreigner price will be 10x. Even a Syrian barber working in a Cambo haircut saloon ripped me off atleast this guy's are being upfront
He can go volunteer in an NGO called Warmheart which is run by Americans/Thai-Americans then eventually figure out what he wants to do in life. He would get plenty of support there
